2012! Come to Charleston! Minimize

Come one, Come All!!  Come to the 13th US Handicapable Square Dance Convention!!  The convention will be held on July 26-29, 2012 in Charleston, South Carolina.  We have a lot of wonderful things planned and hope to see everyone there!!

We will open the convention Thursday night with a banquet, followed by entertainment.  Dancing, exhibitions, dangle earning are only a few of the activities happening throughout the weekend!  Come see old friends, meet new friends and dance your feet off!

 Registration Fee: (Includes banquet, t-shirt, badge, program book, dangles)

$65.00 per person

Fee for Bus Drivers for the banquet dinner only: $25.00

(Some people mentioned coming in ealry to sightsee, etc.  We have our convention room rate two days before the convention and two days after the convention based on hotel availability so register early!!)

Dinner-wise, there is a restaurant in the hotel.  There is also a large shopping complex across the street (a half-mile walk) that has many restaurants (fast food as well as sit down).  There is a Walmart for snacks and any extras or necessities anyone may need.
  
 
Getting Here Minimize

Your group can travel by plane, bus or by car.  If you are flying, you can travel on one of the following airlines: American Airlines, Continental, Delta, United Express, US Airways and Southwest Airlines.  There is a free shuttle to and from the hotel

If you are traveling by bus, parking is available at the Convention Center which is adjacent to the hotel.
